But it wasn't raining.
So I wondered if we should go or not.

My boyfriend came to the conclusion that we should just go tomorrow.
But at 9:45, I hopped up and decided for us that we are going.

So we got on the bus at 10:04. Such rapidness. Except I didn't eat or drink anything.
When we got to Kyoto station, we got donuts (I got apple pie, though) and iced chocolate drink.

Then we went to take the Kintetsu line to Nara. But we found the express train, so we hopped onto that. 4 minutes before the train was going to leave, there was an announcement that said something to the effect of, "You need express train tickets as well as boarding passes."

I asked the train person where I could get the express ticket, and he took me right next to the train and helped me get one. If it weren't for that announcement, we would probably have gotten in lots of trouble. @_@

We got this and 2 rice balls to take on the trip at the kiosk by the train tracks.

We took the bus after some confusion to go to Toudaiji.
We got off, and started walking, and ended up in Kasuga Taisha Shrine.
It wasn't exactly where I was planning to head to, but we decided, what the hell. It was labeled as World Treasure anyways.

Kasuga Taisha Shrine 春日大社

It's a World Treasure. We went to the same bus stop and waited for bus 206 for about 15 minutes, and got on, expecting it to make a loop like ANY OTHER NORMAL BUS. But no- it has to stop at some random station and told us to jump off cuz it's the last stop. dlaknf;oienaw;ioew
That was after riding like 16 stops. D;
But there was a train station right there so we just took a train back to Kyoto. BLAH!

Lots of schoolkids everywhere in Kyoto.
